Schedule for Seniors 2008

Senior Finals here

Last Day of Classes: Friday, May 23rd. This is a full day of school and seniors are expected to be in attendance all day. Some final exams may be given in class at this time.

Senior Final Exams: Tuesday, May 27th through Friday, May 30th. Friday, May 30th is a make-up day for any exams missed. Seniors report to school when they have exams. Below is a list of all Senior Finals.

Senior/Junior Prom: Saturday, May 24 at the Danvers Port Yacht Club in Danvers, MA from 6-11. The Promenade starts at 4:30 PM at the school. Seniors must have paid their dues in order to attend. Tickets are $55 each and are on sale NOW!

Senior Trip: Tuesday, June 3 at CrabApple Whitewater in Charlemont, MA. A fun filled day of Whitewater rafting on the Fife Brook Dam in Charlemont, MA. Interested students need to sign up and leave a $25.00 deposit with Mrs. Deacon, ASAP. Students will NOT be able to participate if they do not register by May 9, 2008. Coach busses will leave the Pentucket High School parking lot at 7:00 am.

Graduation Rehearsals: Mandatory for all students graduating
Wednesday, June 4th from 9-11 AM in the Auditorium
Thursday, June 5th from 9-11AM in the Auditorium
Caps and Gowns will be distributed.
Friday, June 6th from 9-11 AM in the Auditorium and on the field
Tickets (for inclement weather) will be distributed.

Senior Awards: Wednesday, June 4th at 7PM in the Auditorium. All invited. The Guidance Office will notify award and scholarship recipients.

Senior Banquet: Thursday, June 5th at Sheraton Ferncroft in Danvers from 6:00 to 11 pm. Seniors are free. Parent/family tickets are $35 per person. Tickets may be purchased in the Main Office. All tickets must be purchased by Friday, May 23, 2008. Checks should be made payable to the Class of 2008.

Graduation: Saturday, June 7th at 10AM rain or shine on the Football field. In case of inclement weather the graduation will take place in the Auditorium. Students will be issued two tickets for family members due to limited seating in the Auditorium. Any other family members wishing to attend Graduation will be asked to view it in the cafeteria via closed- circuit TV. Tickets will be issued to all seniors on June 5th at the last graduation rehearsal. There will be no seating limitations if the Graduation is held on the Football field. Anyone requiring Handicap Parking must call Mr. Seymour to obtain a Parking Permit (363-5507 X304) before June 7th. No permits will be issued the day of Graduation.

Senior Celebration: June 7th from 6PM to 6AM. It is an alcohol and drug free celebration organized by the Senior Celebration Committee. Cost: $65.00. Checks payable to Senior Celebration Committee. Permission slips signed by both parents and students must be returned by Monday, May 12th.

Senior Debts: Seniors must return or pay for all book and materials before they receive their caps and gowns. A list will be posted and updated daily by Mr. DiFelice starting on Friday, May 23, 2008. Seniors are also responsible for Class dues. Please refer any questions to Mr. Seymour. (x304)

Health Records: Seniors will be given copies of their immunization records. Please keep them in a safe place. The school will maintain copies in the Health Office for five years.

NOTES:
1. All exams are in the cafeteria, unless otherwise noted.
2. All subjects not listed here will take their final exams in class before final exams begin.
3. If you are absent from an exam, you must have a note excusing your absence, or have a parent call to excuse your absence. Make-ups are to be scheduled with your teacher after you are excused through the office.
4. If you have any conflicts, (i.e. more than one social studies class) see your teacher.
5. Seniors who have not paid their debts will not be issued a cap and gown. Check list and see Mr. DiFelice in room 192.
