Honors Biology Summer Assignment
2009 - 2010
Over the summer, you will conduct field
work and collect insects from the local fauna.
From there, you will identify the insects to Order using various tools
(such as dichotomous taxonomic keys) and create an insect collection
display. The various insects collected
will also be used later in the course for topic discussions and lab activities.
