Students:
1. If you are absent for an exam you must have a parent/guardian call or bring in a note demonstrating your illness or other reason for missing the exam. All students must be cleared for make-ups through the office prior to making up exams. Once the office determines if your absence is excused or unexcused a list will be given to teachers so they know if you may or may not make up their exam.
2. On Tuesday, June 10, FULL DAY OF SCHOOL, students are not allowed to report to school just to take their exam, students must remain in school for the entire day.
3. On HALF DAYS, students need to be present in school only if they have exams. You may arrive late, or leave early if you do not have an exam scheduled. If you remain and do not have an exam scheduled you must report to the cafeteria.
4. Transportation home will be running on a late bus schedule, just as it was for midterm exams. Check with the buses lined up to see which one goes to your street.
5. If you finish your exam before the end of the exam block, you may study for other exams, or read quietly but you may not leave the room until the exam block is over.
6. On Monday, June 16th, only students who have make-up exams need to be present. Those students should arrange the time and location of their exams with their subject teachers.
