Driving to school and parking in the school
parking lot is a privilege, not a right.
This privilege is entrusted to you with the expectation that you will
handle it responsibly. Any violation
of the rules may result in loss of parking privileges. Refunds will not be given.
REMINDER: 1.
Students are to park in their assigned spot and display their
parking tag at
all times. Students who do not park in
their assigned
spot, or display their tag, may be ticketed and/or towed.
2. Students are responsible
for all belongings left in their cars.
Cars should be locked at all times.
3. Students may lose their
parking privileges if they do not park responsibly.
4. Students who break the parking
rules listed below may lose their parking privilege.
RULES:
1.
Seniors
are allotted parking spaces based on a first-come, first-serve basis. If there
are any parking spaces left, a lottery will be held for juniors after the first
week of school.
2.
Students
must be academically eligible to park at school.
3.
Students
are not permitted to go to their vehicle at any time without permission from a
teacher or the main office.
4.
Students
may not speed or otherwise drive dangerously or recklessly.
5.
Students
are only to drive their vehicles on authorized roadways.
6.
Students
are to be on time to school. Excessive
tardiness may cause a student to lose their parking privilege.
7.
Students
are not allowed to leave school grounds in their vehicle without
permission.
8.
Students
are not to smoke in their vehicle while on school grounds.
9.
Students
are to behave properly at all times.
Students who are suspended either in or out of school may be subject to
loss of parking privileges.
